Odyssey TV Plus is a subscription-based streaming service that allows viewers to watch an always-increasing collection of live television channels from around the world.

At present, all you need is an internet connection, a Odyssey TV Plus subscription, and a supporting Odyssey TV Plus device. (Odyssey TV Plus is available on Apple TV, Android or Google TV Playstore, Fire TV, Web Live TV and Roku.)

As a subscriber, you are automatically charged once a month on the date you signed up. Your Odyssey TV Plus subscription is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and can take several days to appear on your account.

If your billing date is scheduled for a day that does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

If the bank or financial institution declined the charge, check that your payment information—such as postal code, security code, expiration date—are correct online in your Odyssey TV Plus profile. If everything is correct, you can retry your payment.

You can also try a different payment method. Just sign in to your account and select “Manage payment info.”

If you're still having trouble, you may need to check with your bank or credit card and make sure your payment method supports e-commerce transactions.

Taxes are a likely reason you may be seeing a charge that is more than you expected. Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your subscription price.
